Shipping destinations

Hostile Form currently ships to the United Kingdom and selected European destinations.

Available delivery methods, prices and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout for your location.

Order processing

Orders enter fulfilment after payment has been accepted. Processing time is separate from delivery time.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs checks, severe weather or other circumstances outside our control.

If an item cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and refund the affected item.

Shipping locations

Orders are produced and dispatched from fulfilment facilities in the United Kingdom or European Union wherever possible.

The facility used depends on the delivery address, product availability and current production capacity.

This regional fulfilment means that most UK and European orders do not cross a customs border.

European orders

European orders fulfilled within the European Union will not incur import duties or customs handling charges.

In some cases, an order may be fulfilled outside the European Union due to product availability or operational requirements.

Where applicable, taxes and customs charges are normally handled as part of the fulfilment and delivery process. Customers will not normally be required to pay additional charges upon delivery.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, details will be sent to the email address used for the order.

Incorrect addresses

Customers are responsible for supplying a complete and accurate delivery address.

Contact us as soon as possible if an address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee that it can be changed after fulfilment has started.

Missing or delayed orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, contact us with your order number.
